Armedia Wins EMC's Developer Challenge
Designing and developing a complete product in ten days, Armedia wins first prize in EMC Documentum's Developer Challenge. The Challenge winners showcase the ability to rapidly create unique enterprise content management applications with Documentum 6. This award represents Armedia's depth of knowledge and skill with the Documentum platform and its integration with other solutions.
Award winning Incident Management System (IMS) helps insurance adjusters in the field collect artifacts related to a claim. IMS allows Windows Mobile 6 users to gather data such as notes, recorded interviews and photos taken with the device’s camera, and associate that data with incidents stored in a DFS-enabled Documentum repository. In addition, IMS integrates with Flickr’s web services API, allowing adjusters to upload “iReporter” images of a claim directly into their corporate Documentum repository.
