Armedia Content I/O Suite is an integrated family of software products that enables you to easily collect, migrate, and deliver your content and corporate assets to where it provides the most value to your organization. Content I/O Suite consists of three modules.

CI/O Migrate—With Armedia Caliente! CI/O Migrate, automatically migrate content and metadata to your ECM repositories from hot folders, a RDBMS or eRoom

Available separately or as an integrated suite, Armedia Content I/O Suite streamlines labor intensive tasks so you can get the most from your ECM implementation. Content I/O Suite currently supports Alfresco, Documentum, SharePoint, file system, RDBMS, eRoom, and custom repository destinations.

CI/O Collect

Armedia CI/O Collect is an innovative content collection and delivery solution for paper and electronic content. Easily capture paper and electronic content from multiple sources—scanners, fax servers, network folders, and more—automatically assign metadata values, and deliver to your destination repository. CI/O Collect extracts metadata from more than 300 electronic file formats, delivering content and associated metadata to various destinations such as content management systems and enterprise software applications such as eDiscovery. There’s never been an easier way to collect and deliver content.
CI/O Migrate

Armedia’s Caliente!

Armedia Caliente product fills the CI/O Migrate position in the Content I/O Suite. Caliente is an automated content migration solution. Content and metadata can be consistently imported from a variety of sources, including hot folders, databases, eRoom, and flat files. Both content and metadata are then automatically migrated to your ECM repository. For example, with Caliente, you can designate certain folders on the file system as hot folders. Caliente monitors each hot folder and performs the appropriate task on content as it arrives. Users can now simply drag and drop files into local folders to insert them into the repository, eliminating the need to learn an extensive ECM interface.
CI/O Deliver

Armedia’s Ligero

Armedia’s Ligero product fills the CI/O Deliver position in the Content I/O suite. Organizations challenged with making content from legacy repositories available on intranets and external websites often struggle with traditional publishing tools. Ligero CI/O Deliver Server offers a fresh approach to the challenges of integrating content management systems with web, portal and enterprise applications. Ligero CI/O Deliver Server changes the publishing model by serving new content directly from a repository to a caching server, eliminating the need to publish files. Ligero CI/O Deliver Server can then be configured to cache content for efficient delivery according to security and business policies.
