Fortune 150 Leading Global Passenger Airline

Armedia has provided consulting, integration, and support services to a major airline since 2005. In 2007, Armedia implemented Ligero CI/O Deliver Server to replace EMC Documentum software that was no longer supported. Ligero CI/O Deliver Server is part of the Armedia Content I/O Suite. Ligero CI/O Deliver Server links within the client’s internal portal; then from an internal website, it queries several Documentum repositories to obtain the latest versions of documents. Every day, thousands of users from Technical Operations personnel supporting aircraft maintenance, to IT users accessing the latest development standards send many thousands of such queries through Ligero CI/O Deliver Server.

Major Telecom Company

In 2008 a major telecom company contracted with Armedia to refresh their internal marketing website. The site supports 120 company marketing staff in the U.S. and abroad. Armedia installed and updated the latest EMC Documentum content management and web publishing software, and implemented Documentum’s latest full-text indexing technology. The Armedia team developed a successful migration plan and moved the repository from a single server to a server cluster. We also improved the reliability of the company’s publishing process with Documentum’s latest release. Armedia’s team expertly created custom applications to do data conversion and to convert older workflows to a new workflow process. The project was brought to production in just 90 days.
